3 Fresh Tropical Color Palettes

These fresh tropical color palettes are sure to remind you of your last trip to paradise. Although your next vacation to paradise may be far out on the horizon, I hope these palettes will serve as inspiration for your next project at home so you can surround yourself with a bit of that tropical feeling anytime.

# 1 Palm Beach

These colors have a definite Palm Beach vibe. Those brightly plastered exteriors accented with soft pastels are a hallmark of retro palm beach style. I imagine this palette in a bright happy kitchen. Soft pink cabinets, a sea foam backsplash accented with that sky blue. Then add some papaya trim and a few green accessories and that’s all you would need to complete the look.

# 2 Happy in Hawaii

Have you ever wanted to try bold color palettes in a bathroom or laundry area? A room where you feel like you can do a little experimenting? And, without disrupting the neutrals that dominate the rest of your home? These colors would surely make doing the laundry a bit more interesting. I love how this tropical color palette reminds me of the neighborhoods in Hawaii, where every turn reveals a colorful blooming plumeria and its perfume like scent!

# 3 Sorbet Sunset

surfer girl palette

Ever dream of being that surfer girl who spends her days in the water catching wave after wave until sunset? Any teenage girl would love these pretty tropical sunset colors for their bedroom color palette. There is a softness and a warmth to these colors that would make any room super cozy and inviting. And nothing is more feminine than a touch of pink.

I’ve Included the HEX color codes for all of the colors in this post. If you ever need a HEX color code converted to another code for say, mixing paint, here is a website that will easily convert it for you. Convert A Color

I really hope you love these beautiful tropical color palettes as much as I do! They are so fun to create and daydream about where I would use them at home. For me they are a constant reminder of warm sunny vacation days. Let me know which one is your favorite and where you would use it?
